Changing the way employees respond to career burnout & recover.

About RX for Life®

Our Vision: A well educated healthy and confident workforce.

Our Mission: To provide individualized and unique health equity results.

Tagline: Pivot. Profit. Promise™

Slogan:  Nurses put the care back in career™

We help workers access ADA and FMLA rights without fear or confusion, mitigating risk and ensuring workplace protections don’t come at the cost of health or employability.

Glennae’s RX for Life® is the nation’s first Workforce Care Specialist™—finally providing employees with the support they’ve been asking for, but never had language for:
a nurse-led, law-informed human shield against workplace chaos.

While traditional responses keep funneling stressed employees into therapy for problems caused by their jobs, we intervene upstream—with clarity, strategy, and protection.

How It Works

First, we listen.

Guided by insights from our Work Fatigue Quiz™, we identify early signs of moral distress and career burnout before they are misclassified as medical or psychiatric conditions.

We:

  • translate ADA and FMLA rights into practical, real-world protection

  • coordinate function-based documentation with healthcare providers

  • identify accommodation failures and discriminatory patterns early

  • help workers move strategically—before HR schedules “the meeting”

All without oversharing, panic, or unnecessary escalation.

Why We’re Different

Backed by 30 years of medical expertise, nursing leadership, and health-equity advocacy—and aligned with the U.S. Surgeon General’s call for meaningful workplace well-being—we operate where most systems fail: upstream.

We are the solution every protected-class and underserved employee wishes existed
—and the safeguard every employer quietly needs.
