Your Workforce Care Nurse will assess your health and workplace situation, establish a Workforce Diagnosis™, identify measurable health and functional outcomes, develop a SMART Workforce Care Plan™, intervene based on your identified needs, evaluate your response, and strategically reintegrate you into the workforce.
