🩺 Why FMLA Is Not Mental Health Treatment—It’s Legal Protection

For nurses who are tired of being told they’re broken when they’re actually being betrayed.

Picture this:You’re a Black RN—maybe the first in your family to wear scrubs with your name embroidered. This isn’t just a job, it’s your calling. You show up on time, stay late, and say yes to shifts no one else wants. But something’s not right. You’re being micromanaged. Left out. Talked over. Your charting is scrutinized. You’re overworked, under-supported, and made to feel like your voice is a liability.
