CARING FOR THE BLACK CAREER WOMAN WITH HEALTH COMPLAINTS FROM UNLAWFUL WORKPLACE ACTIVITIES CAUSING JOB STRESS

January 20234- Glennae Davis

Here’s the reason (s) I want to meet with you. As a Black career woman, the majority of my job stress was secondary to some unlawful act at work. Can you relate to that? Just like any other stress event cortisol levels rise. Muscles engorge, blood pressure increases and a whole lot of other psychological and physical processes take place. Except, for us Black women, there’s no outlet. Your employers are doing their best with the information they have. But who can ‘manage’ job stress caused by unlawfulness? No exercise. No therapy and no pill can help you reduce this type of stress. This type of stress must be dealt with. Maybe then Black women will no longer be seen as angry, impulsive and aggressive. I mean, how would you look in a constant state of fight or flight?

Are you even fighting the right fight? Are you fleeing the right things? All of us should be living life at ease. Maybe part of the reason no one is asking the important questions is that for Black women, job stress is a phycological war, spiritual warfare if you will—like any war fought someone’s getting rich.

I want to help the potential victim of workplace discrimination become the victor! There is a fortune in the misfortune. Victims are better known as America’s public health statistics.

Mental health professionals will say those people are suffering from untreated and undertreated mental illness. You might even believe them and do everything they say to avoid the same fate. I say you will be angry, sad and remorseful too if someone stole your fortune right from under your nose.

All you need is better stress management. Prevention is key. I help Black career women eliminate job stress in 40 days and enjoy luxuries reserved for the wealthy. Knowledge and the application of that knowledge is your power.

It might help to break up your introduction into 2 or 3 main points, so it’s easy for your readers to follow. Each paragraph or two should focus on one point.

“So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.” James 4:17.

How can mental healthcare do a better job at stress management, how can we niche down healthcare services providing specialized care for African American women with health complaints from unlawful workplace activity causing job stress?

Information and advocacy are important factors for women who know the right thing to do but fear.
